Our Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) program explores topics that encourage them to make informed decisions related to their health, safety, wellbeing and physical activity. Students also engage in a range of movement-based skills to develop their confidence and competence, and to promote lifelong participation in physical activity.
